Legalize your coaching business in 5 minutes! The Contract Shop is my go-to resource for everything from website terms, conditions & privacy policy, to 1:1 coaching agreements, mastermind and membership contracts, earnings disclaimers, and online course terms. 

Asana

Asana is my favorite project management and team communication tool. You can use Asana to easily check project progress,  create content funnels, build a social media strategy, share content with clients & students, plan & manage product launches, and so much more!

Tubebuddy

Tubebuddy is where it's at for Youtube research.  I use it to search keywords, gain a competitive advantage, and rank on the first page of Youtube.  

Acuity Scheduling

Use Acuity Scheduling to simplify your calendar.  I use Acuity Scheduling to schedule monthly coaching calls, as well as collaboration meetings, and free discovery calls for potential clients. You can also integrate Zoom conferencing and paypal!

Tailwind App

Tailwind App is my absolute favorite way to increase my influence through Pinterest & Instagram.  I use it to save time through scheduling my posts ahead of time so that I can think about other projects throughout the month!

Later

Later is your one-stop-shop to schedule your social!  You can plan and schedule out months worth of Facebook and Linkedin posts, as well as, Instagram posts & stories, and Pins for Pinterest. 

Fiverr

Fiverr is a freelancer marketplace that you can use to hire contractors for almost ANYTHING you need in your coaching business. This is one of the most inexpensive ways to outsource.

Kapa99

Not great at graphic design? Kapa99 could be a good option for you! You can hire an entire graphic design team for a fraction of the cost.  

Upwork

This has been one of my favorite hiring sites to date! It has high quality freelancers that can do anything you need in your coaching business. I've found my video editor, sales funnel expert, copywriter, and Instagram manager on Upwork.

Kajabi

Kajabi is the all-in-one online platform I use to create, market and monetize my online coaching business.  My clients and I use them to package, sell, and deliver digital products, as well as for membership sites, and exclusive forums.  I also use them for my entire website, email provider, sales funnels, sales pages, landing pages, payment processors... and honestly so much more. If you're serious... I mean really serious about scaling your online coaching business, this is where you need to be!

Deadline Funnel

Do like the pro's do and use Deadline Funnel! This is the super secret weapon online coaches use to have a completely hands-off approach to making money while they sleep (no exaggeration) with an evergreen sales funnel. I use it and I highly encourage you to use it as well!
